End of Term Arrangements – Module 6
The last day of school for students will be Tuesday 22 July 2025. The timetable for the day is as follows:

As previously notified, and due to the continuing hot weather, students are able to wear their school PE kit up to and including the last day of the module (other items of sportswear/clothing must not be worn). Your son/daughter can remain in their school uniform, should they wish to. In addition, please remind your child that false lashes and nails are not permitted.
ChromeBooks are not required on the last day of the module.
All students will need to make arrangements to make their own way home at 12.00pm.
There will be no lunch service, however, students will be able to buy food during an extended brunch, should they wish to.

We have been made aware of the following arrangements made by the bus companies:
Charity Collection
As in previous years, we will be carrying out a charity collection on the last day of the module. We ask for a voluntary charitable contribution of £1 on the day which will be donated to Slide Away Bereavement Charity. Slide Away’s vision is for every child in Kent to have access to bereavement support which acknowledges their grief and experience of loss following the death of a relative or friend.
You are able to make a donation via your ParentPay account which will be titled Slide Away Charity Donation, or your child can place their donation in one of the charity buckets in reception.
Module 1 – September 2025
The academy will open for the first time as Leigh Academy Wilmington on Monday 1 September for the new year 7 students and year 12 students. All other year groups return at 8.30am on Tuesday 2 September 2025, when period 1 will be tutor time.
