End of Term Arrangements – Module 6 – 2025
The last day of school for students will be Tuesday 22 July. The timetable for the day is as follows:
8.30-9.45:
Lesson 1 (Usual timetabled lesson)
9.45-10.30:
Jupiter College Tutor Time
Apollo College Assembly
Minerva College Brunch
10.30-11.15:
Apollo College Tutor Time

11:15-12.00:

There will be no lunch service, however students will be able to buy food during an extended brunch should they wish to do so.
Buses
Unfortunately, there can be no special arrangements with the buses, which will arrive at the normal time. All students will need to make arrangements to make their own way at home at 12.00pm.
Non-School Uniform
Students will be allowed to wear non-uniform on the last day, as a reward for their excellent attitudes and effort. Students must not wear crop tops or thin strapped tops and shorts must be of an appropriate length. Footwear must also be suitable with a back to the heel, therefore no flip flops or sliders can be worn. Parents/carers will be called to come and collect their child if they are not dressed appropriately so that any issues can be resolved, enabling them to return and take part in the above activities.
We would ask for a voluntary charitable contribution of £1 on the day which will be donated to Slide Away Bereavement Charity. Slide Away’s vision is for every child in Kent to have access to bereavement support which acknowledges their grief and experience of loss following the death of a relative or friend. Slide Away offers support to children and young people in Kent who have been bereaved of a family member or friend and those who have a parent or sibling with a life limiting illness.
You can make a donation via your ParentPay account which will be titled Slide Away Charity Donation or your child can place their donation in the charity buckets.
The academy re-opens on Monday 1 September for the new Year 7 students and the new Year 12 students. All other year groups return on Tuesday 2 September – Period 1 will be Tutor Time. School starts at 8.30am.
